Drilling Center DC-1
The DC-1 is a traditional-style drilling/tapping center featuring a 10,000 rpm BT30 spindle and a high-speed turret tool changer to minimize tool-to-tool time and reduce overall cycle times. Optional 15,000 rpm or 20,000 rpm spindles are available to further shorten production times.
Its compact footprint and rear chip evacuation allow machines to be placed side by side to maximize floor space, while providing easy side access for automation systems. The extra-wide one-piece base offers stable support for heavier workpieces and fixtures, and the wide-section triangulated column increases overall rigidity.
